A Training Specialist is required by CareerWise Recruitment to work with a Cork based Global Healthcare Provider on a 12 Month initial contract. THE ROLE: * Responsible for providing training support to the identified organizations. * Identifies, designs, delivers and tracks learning and development activities. * Coordinate and schedule Site Induction for New Hires. * Coordinates/schedules training programs. * Assists functional areas in determining training needs for employees/contractors. REQUIREMENTS: * Third level qualification in science, engineering or Training discipline. * 3+ Years' experience in a training capacity (Pharmaceutical or GMP environment. * Knowledge of training methodologies. * Proven experience at designing and delivering training programmes. * Excellent communication skills (written and oral.
