Business System Analyst. Location: Cork. JobOverview: Work as a critical member of the customer support business team to define,plan and work with IT teams to test and release functional improvements in the customer support flow. Also work with the customer support teams totrain, debug and resolve day to day operational issues. JobResponsibilities: Non-TechnicalProject team member for SFDC CRM release management. Manage full release including enhancement request entry, characterization and prioritization. Develop and maintain project plans, manage individual projects, hold project meetings, and ensures project deadlines are met. Status reporting and progress communication to senior leadership, team members and business partners. Issue and risk identification, mitigation and, if necessary, escalation. Define the CRM project success criteria for projects and establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the value, adoption and impact to the business. Increase operational maturity through enhanced performance, stability, and scalability of existing systems, tools and processes. In collaboration with the broader cross functional team, responsible for the end to end release deliverables and strategies including; UAT, training, communications, change management, documentation, etc. Effectively apply project methodology and enforces project standards. JobQualifications: 4+years of Industry Experience in IT related sector. 1-2years experience on Salesforce Lightning / Service Cloud. Salesforce.com Certifications desired in ADM 201, DEV 401, Sales and Service Cloud Certified. Proficiency in gathering Business Requirements and mapping them into a Business Solution. Experience in SFDC CRM system management, including upgradation, enhancement and maintenance. Exposure to various Industry Verticals, Business Models and Geographies. Should have worked in a cross functional and distributed organizational set up. Excellent Analytical and Written/Verbal Communication Skills. Experience with Agile project management environment, SCRUM certification a plus. Required excellent communication skills (verbal and written), Presentation/Reporting and analytical skills would be key to the role. Additional Skills/Preferences: Salesforce.com Certifications desired in ADM 201, DEV 401, Sales and Service Cloud Certified.
