We are working with one of Irelands leading Hotel Groups and are now seeking an International Recruitment Specialist to source, identify and engage with agents, hospitality schools and online job boards to fill a variety of roles in the company. The International Recruitment Specialist will directly lead and execute searches for a wide range of hospitality positions internationally. We require a candidate with exceptional recruitment, hospitality client service and communication skills as you will be required to develop relationships with international colleges and agents along with collaborating with our Clients hotels and clients to provide a talent pipeline to meet operational requirements. Their ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 2-3 years’ experience in hospitality talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. Ideal candidate will be based in Cork or Dublin and can enjoy a hybrid work life balance, office/home/travel. Candidates need currentl legal status to live and work in Republic of Ireland. This role requires the flexibility to travel within Ireland, UK and internationally. Skills and Qualifications. • Qualification in Human Resources Management, or similar. • 2-3 years of experience in Hospitality Recruitment / Talent Acquisition. • Experience working with international Hospitality Schools and agents. • Demonstrated competence using social media channels and professional networks to proactively source candidates and promote the employer brand. • Experience with full cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. • Competent in use of Applicant Tracking Systems. • Good working knowledge of the work permit application process. • A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company. • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
