A beautiful 4* Country House Hotel in Co Cork wish to recruit an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with 2+ years in a 4* Hotel Management role. This role requires an effective hands on Manager with good overall experience in Bar/ Restaurant/Banqueting who will liase effectively with all department and work closely with all Management team colleagues.  The Food and Beverage Manager will assume direct responsibility for all service periods includings Weddings and Events on the Property. We require a progressive hands on Manager who is organised, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills. We require a manager with personality and initiative that thrives on offering personalised and individual service with high attention to detail, standards, cleanliness and procedures.
