General Manager opportunity for prominent GastroPub/Late night Venue in Cork. The role will require the effective and efficient management of all Food, Beverage and Events, business management and coordinating all day to day activities in the premises, reporting to the regional manager. We are also recruiting Assistant Manager, Duty Managers/Supervisors and Kitchen Brigade for this venue... opening date to be revealed soon. Requirements. · Experience in managing extremely busy, high volume, high pace Bar and Food service operation. · Candidates need experience managing large busy team. · You must have experience managing late night, Events style property. · Must display effective, dynamic leadership and team management abilities. · Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person required. · Must display strong attention to detail and be very standards and service driven. · Proven experience in coaching, training , mentoring your team, job chats etc. · A positive attitude, a “can do” approach, friendly and outgoing personality. · 3 years minimum General Management experience needed, ideally in a large Gastropub locally. · Work Permit is not available for this role, full legal status to work in Ireland is required. · Fluent English and excellent IT and admin skills required. . We are also recruiting experienced Assistant Manager, Duty Manager and Kitchen team for this venue. Responsibilities. · Manage daily operations and coordinating all areas of the Bar / premises. · Manage, Lead, mentor and guide the team as required. · Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene prevail. · Manage your premises effectively, coordinating Security, Health and Safety etc. · Full resppnsibility for managing Tills, cash, pricing, promotions, special events, stock control etc. · Observe all shift and opening / closing procedures adhering to all C-19& EHO guidelines. · Provide leadership and facilitate a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all, team and guests.
