A HR Business Partner is required by CareerWise Recruitment for a Pharmaceutical multinational client. This is an initial 12-month contract and a Hybrid working model, which can be based out of their Cork or Limerick plant. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with experience in a regulated sector, overseeing TA, Rewards and Employee Relations. THE ROLE: * Work closely with client groups in the following areas: succession planning, talent, project and change management, performance & development, employee engagement and continued process improvement. * Present, train and/or facilitate workforce development programs. Drive utilization of performance management tools and processes and compensation and rewards programs. *Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives with client group leaders to address issues that will enhance overall performance and build overall human capital capability of the organization. REQUIREMENTS: * Up to 5 years' experience in a HR Business Partner role in a progressive HR environment. * A relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree. * Proven work experience as a HR business partner, experience in a multi campus environment preferred but not essential.
