Engineering Administrator - Cork. Kenny-Whelan are hiring an Engineering Administrator within the Engineering Dept to work on site at one of our Global Life Sciences Companies in Cork. Contact :  Carmel Synnott on email : csynnott@kenny-whelan.ie or call on 087 7422268.   Main duties and responsibilities: The following are some of the key elements of the role: Ensuring the site Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) EAMS, is kept up to date by carrying out the following;               -             creating / maintaining Instrument / Equipment records.               -             updating Preventative Maintenance and Calibration records.               -             processing & filing CMMS related documentation i.e. PM / CAL work order records,                            CMMS Change Controls, Out of Compliance notifications, Out of Calibrations                                   notifications,     etc.               -             providing audit support / self auditing of preventative maintenance and calibration                    system. Maintaining Statutory Inspection Register. Maintaining records in the engineering library (Inspection records, Equipment records, etc.) Raising Department Purchase Orders (e.g. Service Contracts / PPE / Projects / Stationary. Creating and providing weekly reports (e.g. planning, compliance) from the CMMS and issue to site area teams. Updating Area Information Centre (AIC) boards and issuing departmental metrics. Maintain the department Time Management System (TMS.   Education: Relevant Secretarial/Diploma /Business Qualification.   IT SYSTEMS: Advanced ECDL. CMMS or similar experience. TMS very desirable.   Skills: Previous pharmaceutical/medical device industry experience essential. Previously demonstrated flexibility and willingness to take on different job tasks. Self-motivated/ proactive approach. ‘Right first time’ attitude. Good planning and organisation skills essential.     All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
