A Tendering Lead is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based consulting and training client. The person will complete all tenders and client proposals supporting the Director of Operations and lead consultants. THE ROLE: * Reviewing all incoming leads and customer enquiries. * Accepting tenders and proposals. * Developing customer proposals and submitting tenders. * Liaising with consultants and staff on customer requests. * Quality control of all outgoing client submissions. * Training Operations Point of Contact. * Open to hybrid work. REQUIREMENTS: * Business degree, BA or MA or equivalent. * Detail Orientation: monitors and checks work to ensure quality and that firm procedures are followed. * Self-Directed: works independently, demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness. * Superb written English. * Bid/Tender writing skills.
