An Operations Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based management and training consultancy client. The person will play a key part in the growth of the organisation across Ireland, North America and Australia. This is a hybrid work model primarily home based so location is flexible and 4 days week considered. THE ROLE: * Managing/coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Irish business. * Working on consulting tenders and proposals and pricing of same. * Reviewing scheduling of consulting work. * Reviewing weekly CRM system updates. * Providing quality control on all outgoing client submissions. * Irish Training point of contact. REQUIREMENTS: * Business degree or equivalent. * Detail Orientation. * Self-Directed: works independently, demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness. * Superb written English. * Good social media skills. * Bid/Tender writing skills.
