A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Manager to join our team in Brinny.   This entails planning, organizing and controlling activities relating to material handling and inventory management (Ambient and Frozen). The area is also responsible for the control of all shipping imports and exports that come via the Warehouse team. In addition, this individual will work with business partners in Engineering, EHS, Tech Ops, MPS and Quality to ensure compliance and efficiency in the day to day flow of inventory. Bring energy, knowledge, innovation and leadership to carry out the following: Lead the day-to-day operations of a team of individuals that support receiving, material supply, sampling, dispensing & shipping and ensures re-allocation of resources as needed across these activities. Strong understanding of inventory management requirements for Cold chain (frozen product storage and shipments) and meet commercial launch for NPI. Ensure cGMP compliance adherence, audit/inspection preparation and be responsible for management of QSIP, SOPs, deviations & CAPA’s at the Company’s Warehouse. Strong business compliance knowledge (IAA, GTC, AEO and Sox), coaching the team on the requirements to ensure best practises are adopted and sustained. Coach and conduct problem solving through Model Area (MPS) improvements in the warehouse operation while also improving and adding value to our business.  Adoption of digital into the business by leveraging systems to enhance our operations. Take responsibility for performance management, People/Talent development and team building initiatives. Manage and enhance KPI’s related to supply chain management and warehouse to achieve team targets. (PSQDC. Ensures training for staff is maintained and is relevant. As necessary, conducts or directs training activity for the team, including but not limited to; SOPs, skill qualifications, safety, quality and other related communications. Notifies and escalates issues needing resolution in a timely fashion. Collaborates effectively in various cross functional workstreams to ensure operational support and adapting working models as necessary. Play an active role in development in site culture and employment relations initiatives. In order to excel in this role, you will more than likely have: Experience in Logistics and Warehouse management in cGMP environment. Experience in a front-line supervisory role in operations environment. Knowledge of and experience in applying Six Sigma and Lean methodologies. Demonstrated leadership and change management skills with a continuous improvement focus. Degree or 3rd level qualification (Business, Supply Chain, Science or Engineering. Preference Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Evidence of Continuous Professional Development. Leadership skills. Technical knowledge. Ability to respond to changing priorities. Problem solving skills. Communication skills. Strategic Mind set. Professional qualification / business and number of years warehouse/Logistics experiencing in similar environment.
