A QC Laboratory Lead is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based pharmaceutical client. The person will lead a lab team for the large molecule business. THE ROLE: * Provides coaching, feedback, and administrative support for lab team members. * Plans, assigns, and monitors workload for analysts. * Responsible for review of specific quality documents consistent with procedure requirements. * Responsible for the escalation of critical quality and safety issues as appropriate. *Responsible for the group meeting customer goals such as cycle time, compliance and regulatory support, and improvement of lab quality systems. REQUIREMENTS: * Third Level Degree Qualification in Sciences is required. * Minimum of five year's relevant experience in a GMP manufacturing site.
