In partnership with its client Kenny-Whelan & Associates is currently sourcing for a Trainer (Quality) for a Permanent position with one of our Global Life Science Clients in the Cork area.   Profile of Role: This is a fabulous and exciting opportunity to join the Training & HR Team. The Trainer will be responsible for managing all aspects of Training and Development within the Quality department. Main duties and responsibilities: ·      Define training needs for each role in the Quality Department. ·      Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify the required technical and development needs for all team members that creates an individual training plan. ·      Development of an annual training plan for the Quality Department. ·      Develop and/or source training, learning and development solutions to support identified training needs in collaboration with the Learning and Development Lead. ·      Design and deliver on the job classroom quality GMP and QMS training. ·      Evaluation of training content to ensure it addresses training needs. ·      Coordinate onboarding and induction of new hires. ·      Administration of Learning Management System (LMS) HR4YOU Learning for the Quality Department. Accredited as the Learning Administrator. ·      Creation and coordination of curricula on LMS. ·      Recording of training items, monitoring and reporting of training and learning metrics to track training completion and effectiveness. ·      Participate and support Customer, Regulatory and Internal Audit program. ·      Additional duties as requested by the manager.   Education and Experience: ·      Diploma in Science, Engineering or Equivalent. ·      QQI Level 6 in Training delivery and Evaluation/Training needs identification & Design an advantage but not essential.   Experience: ·      Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing. Blue Belt or Greenbelt an advantage. ·      Strong effective communication skills (oral and written) in all aspects of business and the ability to deliver classroom training with confidence. ·      Ability to select from a variety of instructional methods to ensure transfer of knowledge. ·      High level of Job Knowledge on training material being delivered. ·      Good planning and organisational ability, self-motivated and works on own initiative.
