A Senior HR Business Partner is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based growing technology client. This is a full breadth HR role across talent and performance management, coaching, employee relations, L&D and HR systems. A hybrid and flexible work environment is on offer. THE ROLE: * Develop effective HR and business relationships with assigned business areas. * Work with the people managers to ensure that the skills-based performance review process is adopted, measured and implemented consistency across the business. * Research, review and implement HR policies and practices as required, ensuring compliance of local policies and procedures. * Coach and mentor managers and team leads providing guidance, support and advice in compliance with employment law, Company policy and best practice employee relations. * Co-ordinate the onboarding process to ensure effective and speedy assimilation into individual business / customer units. * Contribute to the ongoing development of the Learning & Development activities. * Project management of HR related projects/initiatives. REQUIREMENTS: * 3rd level CIPD (or equivalent professional body) qualification. * Demonstrable broad knowledge and experience in HR (minimum 5 years in a BP HR role), with a hands-on approach. * Proven ability to take ownership, drive and deliver HR initiatives and projects. * Proven experience of building relationships across all levels & areas of the business.
