We are looking to Hire a Full Time Office Administrator, working 40 Hours, Monday to Friday 9.30 a.m to 17.30 p.m in a busy Cork City Centre Office.

Salary: 32 to 38K DOE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties
  • Managing Incoming Calls and Emails and Redirecting these as required
  • Accounts Receivable - Raising and sending Sales Invoices and issuing sales reports.
  • Assist with Debtors Management
  • Accounts Payable - Helping with the processing of Creditor Invoices, reconciling Creditor Invoices
  • Management of Payment Runs
  • Assisting Management with other projects and Day to Day Activities

What you will Need:

  1. 2-3 Years experience in a Similar Role
  2. Must Be Proficient in MS Office
  3. Preferably have some experience with an Accounts Software system such as Big Red Book/Sage (Training will be provided on Accounts Package)
  4. Strong Organisational and Communication skills required
  5. Must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously
  6. Friendly and Professional Attitude
  7. Good Attention to Detail
  8. This Role would suit a candidate with a business degree
