An Injection Moulding Technician is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our West Cork based client company. - 3 x 12 hr shift position. Please contact Diarmuid Buckley for full details. ROLE: * Provide technical expertise to Operations around moulding machine and ancillary equipment maintenance and repair. * Root cause resolution of moulding issues and identify corrective and preventative actions. * Ensure that all changes follow Quality Systems. * Identify and eliminate repetitious machine failures. * Provide consultative support to the Manufacturing and Maintenance groups. * Fault-finding troubleshooting of equipment and process issues. * Tool/Mould changes. * Present, where appropriate, technical data to internal/external audit and inspection groups. * Ensure Health and Safety Regulations and Procedure are adhered to always for self and others. REQUIREMENTS: * Mechanical Engineering / trades qualification. * Strong mechanical aptitude. * 1+ years experience in Injection Moulding preferred.
