A Programme Lead Electronics is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based design and manufacturing multinational client. The role is a mix of commercial and technical management of complex customer programmes. THE ROLE: * Develop strong relationships with key customers. * Develop close co-operation with the design groups either locally or remotely and co- ordinate collaborative development activity. * Meet business goals for Quality, Delivery, Service and Cost. * Programme lead of new product development, planning, product introduction and support. * Integrate activities across multiple functions to ensure seamless delivery of new programmes. REQUIREMENTS: * Honours degree in engineering or equivalent. * Strong business and technical acumen. * 8 years of technical and project management of multidisciplinary teams. * Knowledge of electronic design and manufacturing required. * Willingness to travel globally.
