   accommodation Manager     We Are Currently Recruiting Accommodation Manager For A Busy 4* Hotel In Cork. Ideal Candidate Will Have 2+ Years Previous Experience In A Similar Role With The Experience And Ability To Manage The Team And Department Efficiently..  Responsible For:  · Coordinating Daily Operations In Accommodation Department Including Bedroom Corridors, Guest Rooms & Laundry / Storage / Pantry Areas  · Supervising Cleaning And Presentation Of Guest Restrooms And Public Areas  · Supervising And Training Accommodation Staff To Agreed Standards, Department Procedures And Public Health Protocols   · Compile And Coordinate Weekly Rosters, Amending In Line With Business Levels  · Ongoing Coordination With The Front Office Department  / Front Desk Team  · Ensure Clear Communication Re The Status Of Rooms And Specific Guest Requests     Requirements For The Role:  · 2+ Years Previous 4* Hotel Accommodation Management Experience.  · Must Be A Team Player With The Ability To Multi Task And Train Your Team  · Must Be Standards Driven And Detail Orientated, Flexible, Motivated  · Must Possess Excellent Communication, It And Interpersonal Skills  · Must Be Available To Work Weekdays And Weekend Shifts As Required  · Able To Communicate Fluently In English (Written & Oral).   · Must Have Current Legal Status To Work In Ireland     For Further Details Please Contact Richard Lynch At 021-4880577, Send Cv To In Word Format With Reference Details  .
