A Production Supervisor is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based electronics manufacturing client. Please contact Diarmuid Buckley for full details. THE ROLE: * Reports to the Operations Manager for the organisation of people, equipment, and processes across Production, Logistics and Aftermarket areas to ensure business and customer commitments are met. * Plan resources to meet targets. * Monitor plan versus actual. * Continually refine and optimise processes. * This is a leadership position with 20+ reporting staff, approximately 5 reporting directly. REQUIREMENTS: * 8 years leading people in a regulated manufacturing environment. * Experience in Known Consignor compliance. * An Engineering qualification in Electronic Engineering or related discipline is an advantage. * A business qualification in Supply Chain/Logistics is an advantage. * A Lean qualification with experience is an advantage. * A Project Management qualification is an advantage. * SAP experience is an advantage.
