An Operations Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based automation equipment distributor. This is a growth driven new role to manage internal sales, accounts and service support for a diverse client base across Ireland and the UK. THE ROLE: * Day-to-day operations management of back-office team - that include internal sales, accounts, HR and service planning. * Staff management, hiring and retention. * Key account management including RFQ support for existing clients. * Escalation-point for customer and working directly with our suppliers and staff. * Participation in client business reviews, audits (ISO), and quality systems maintenance. REQUIREMENTS: * Third level qualification in business, technical or equivalent. * Strong people and operations management experience. * Work experience in equipment supply and service preferred. * Excellent communication skills needed. * Excellent package for the right candidate.
