My client, a reputable childcare provider, are looking to recruit a Financial Controller on a permanent basis in their West Cork headquarters. This is a permanent position that offers an attractive salary, benefits and a hybrid working option. THE ROLE: * The production of reliable, timely and accurate Financial data to support Senior Management decisions. * Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Accounts. * Budgeting, Forecasting, Costing and Variance Analysis. * Upscaling in terms of standards and performance. * Maintain and develop strong relationships with all stakeholders within the business. * AD hoc Duties. Requirements: * Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA. * Experience in a company Accountant type role an advantage. * Strong IT and Excel skills. * Excellent Communication and collaborative skills.
