HR Generalist is needed for a award winning company in the Cork Region. The successful candidate will have an immediate and direct impact on the business ability to realise exceptional levels of employee engagement and the growth ambitions of the business through HR programmes that will positively influence the culture and capabilities of the organisation. THE ROLE: * Must be highly motivated and have a strong desire to succeed in the role. * Act of trusted first point of contact for key stakeholders in the business. * Works with the HR Manager to embed and implement HR programmes, policies and practices across the business. * Project management of people and culture related projects as required by the business. * Liaise with hiring managers in the recruitment, selection and interviewing process. * Coordinate the graduate programme on site. REQUIREMENTS: * 3rd level qualification in a HR or related discipline. * 2+ years HR experience at Generalist level. * Experience gained in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage but is not essential. * Excellent inter-personal skills. * Experience delivering training is desirable.
