TECH WRITER with working understanding of SAP business processes within a manufacturing environment required by CareerWise Recruitment for our multinational Pharma client in Cork, 12 - 18 month contract on offer. The TECH WRITER will support the project management and team in the transition of our existing SAP ERP system with SAP S/4HANA and previous SAP Project experience within Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, Finance functions preferred. THE ROLE: * Working understanding of SAP business processes within a manufacturing environment. * Work with the project SMEs to understand the degree & impact of changes arising from this project. * Own document generation & revision with input from technical SMEs: while ensuring standardised processes and procedures are implemented. * Coordinate routing on new / revised document management system, while ensuring ontime review & approval. * Design, update and improve areas process procedures as applicable with input from technical SMEs. * Design, generate & update training material to reflect changes with input from technical SMEs. * Coordinate & deliver end-user training with relevant management. * Support development / delivery of Communications. REQUIREMENTS: * Previous SAP Project experience within Operations, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Quality, Finance functions preferred. * Previous experience within a Biotech / Pharma manufacturing environment preferred. * Relevant 3rd level qualification or operational experience. * Strong sense of customer focus and teamwork. * Previously demonstrated flexibility and willingness to take on different job tasks. * Self-motivated / proactive approach. * Schedule focused with a commitment to meeting deadlines. * 'Right first time' attitude. * Demonstrated technical writing skills in the generation of documents. * Good planning and organisation skills essential. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Demonstrated Good Documentation Practices and compliance with procedures.
