A Programme Lead is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork based electronics design and manufacturing multinational client. The role is a mix of commercial and technical management of complex customer programmes. THE ROLE: * Production preparation including close co-ordination of all activities relating to product introduction, procurement of materials and production resources. * Product introduction plans and any appropriate phase in / phase out plans with other related products. * Sales and order demand input planning in relation to Program lead portfolio. * Consideration and compliance with product licensing regulations. * Contribute to Programme Management through active participation in group meetings, regular report/status generation and co-operation with the other site functions (Finance, Operations etc.) * Develop strong relationships with key customers. REQUIREMENTS: * Honours degree in engineering or equivalent. * Strong business and technical acumen. * 5 years of technical and project management experience. * Knowledge of electronic design and manufacturing required. * Some international travel required.
