Sentinel Fire & Security operates a busy sales and service business based in Bandon, West Cork. We supply, install and maintain security systems in the security sector.

The successful candidate will complete administration across a number of areas. A good knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is required and training in specific company software will be provided. 

The role of office administrator would require:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills remaining professional and courteous at all times.
  • Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Multitasking skills.
  • Computer skills essential with proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
  • Deal with customer enquiries.
  • Provide support for Sales & Service staff.
  • Support the day-to-day administration function of the office. The role holder will also support the management.

Experience (Preferred):

  • Microsoft Office: 2 year
  • Administration: 2 years
  • Sage 50 Accounts: 2 years
