McGuckian Oils are looking for an ambitious Office Administrator/Accounts Assistant who is willing to help the company operate day to day.
Duties:
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Maintain client databases; track accounts
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
- Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers
- Recording and filing cash transactions
- Invoice processing and filing(preparing and sending invoices)
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Graduates who are willing to learn, as full training will be given
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organisational skills and time management skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Job Type: Full time-permanent
Working hours: Five days between Monday and Saturday, on rotation.
