We are looking to Hire a Full Time Office Administrator, working 40 Hours, Monday to Friday 9.30 a.m to 17.30 p.m in a busy Cork City Centre Office.
Salary: 32 to 38K DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception Duties
- Managing Incoming Calls and Emails and Redirecting these as required
- Accounts Receivable - Raising and sending Sales Invoices and issuing sales reports.
- Assist with Debtors Management
- Accounts Payable - Helping with the processing of Creditor Invoices, reconciling Creditor Invoices
- Management of Payment Runs
- Assisting Management with other projects and Day to Day Activities
What you will Need:
- 2-3 Years experience in a Similar Role
- Must Be Proficient in MS Office
- Preferably have some experience with an Accounts Software system such as Big Red Book/Sage (Training will be provided on Accounts Package)
- Strong Organisational and Communication skills required
- Must be a team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Friendly and Professional Attitude
- Good Attention to Detail
- This Role would suit a candidate with a business degree
